Customize Your Installation
Note: Delivery and travel fees are calculated according to the event location. Complex, suspended, outdoor, or specialty installations may require additional labor and installation fees.
Booking Information
All package prices are starting prices and may change based on design complexity, event location, venue access, installation requirements, and requested customizations.
A 50% non-refundable retainer and signed agreement are required to reserve an event date. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
Rental items remain the property of Iconic Party Co. Clients are responsible for missing or damaged rental items.
Final floral colors and design details must be confirmed no later than a month and a half before the event to allow adequate time for finalizing the floral setup. Reasonable substitutions may be made when necessary to maintain the overall design.
Outdoor balloon installations are affected by heat, sunlight, wind, rain, and other weather conditions. Iconic Party Co. cannot guarantee the performance of balloons installed outdoors.
